5x7 Area Rugs for Living Room, Washable Bedroom Rug, Grey White

The Carpelux 5x7 Area Rug provides a functional floor covering for high-traffic spaces like living rooms, bedrooms, and entryways. Crafted with a faux wool surface, it offers a soft step underfoot while helping to muffle noise in active households. A built-in rubber backing keeps the rug firmly anchored across all types of hard flooring, preventing shifts and bunching around kids and pets.

With a practical 0.24-inch (6 mm) low-pile height, this rug slides under doors without catching and allows furniture or robot vacuums to move across it smoothly. The low surface structure prevents pet hair and debris from becoming deeply embedded, and the fibers will not snag on pet paws. A vintage distressed medallion pattern in neutral grey and white tones easily integrates with existing room decor.

Upkeep is simple thanks to the stain-resistant finish, which allows fresh liquid spills to be wiped up quickly. Regular maintenance only requires running a low-power vacuum over the surface. For deeper refreshes, the entire rug can be placed directly into a home washing machine.

Because the rug is foldable for compact storage, it may arrive with visible fold lines. These creases generally relax within a few days of laying the rug flat, though smoothing them out immediately requires weighing down the edges or using a steam iron on the reverse side.

Verdict: The Carpelux 5x7 Area Rug is a dependable choice for busy households needing a soft, low-profile floor covering that cleans easily. It suits anyone looking for a machine-washable rug with built-in non-slip backing.
