Detailed Review
The BISSELL CleanView Compact (model 3508) is an upright vacuum designed for quick floor and above-floor cleaning in smaller living spaces. Weighing under 8 pounds, it provides an easy-to-manage cleaning option for apartments, dorm rooms, and compact homes where bulky equipment is hard to store.
For floor care, the machine uses scatter-free technology to pick up debris on hard surfaces without flicking it across the room, alongside suction engineered for carpets. When you need to reach beyond the floor, a quick-release extension wand detaches to help clean baseboards, furniture upholstery, and curtains.
Maintenance is straightforward thanks to a bagless dirt container. Instead of replacing bags, you empty collected dirt directly into the trash with the push of a single button. Additionally, purchases of this model support the BISSELL Pet Foundation and its work aiding homeless pets.
Because it is built primarily for compact spaces, it lacks specifications for larger tasks. The listing does not detail exact cup capacity, cord length, or included wand attachments, which means it may require frequent emptying during heavier cleaning sessions.
Verdict: The BISSELL CleanView Compact is a practical match for apartment dwellers and students needing a lightweight upright for mixed floors and above-ground reaching. It delivers essential cleaning tools without unnecessary bulk.
