Bissell CleanView Swivel Vacuum, Triple Action Brush Roll, 3836

The BISSELL CleanView Swivel Vacuum (model 3836) is a full-size upright cleaner designed for homes with mixed flooring and pet hair. It targets everyday household messes by combining flexible floor navigation with tools to tackle hard-to-reach areas.

Floor cleaning relies on a triple action brush roll that works across multiple surfaces to loosen, lift, and remove embedded debris and pet hair. When transitioning to hard floors, integrated scatter-free technology helps contain lightweight particles so they are captured instead of kicked across the room.

For above-floor tasks, this 2024 model includes an active extension wand to clean elevated or cramped spaces quickly. Navigating around obstacles is handled by swivel steering, which helps you guide the vacuum head around furniture edges and sharp corners.

While the vacuum includes core multi-surface features, the listing omits specific technical details such as overall weight, cord length, and dust capacity. Buyers needing a confirmed lightweight machine or specialized attachment set will have to keep these missing specifications in mind.

Verdict: The BISSELL CleanView Swivel is well suited for pet owners who want an agile upright vacuum for both carpets and hard floors. It is an effective pick if you need multi-surface pickup, active wand reach, and easy maneuverability around household furniture.

A great fit if you:

• Need to clean pet hair and embedded dirt across multiple floor types
• Want scatter-free pickup when sweeping hard floors
• Have lots of furniture to navigate around using swivel steering
• Want an extension wand for overhead and out-of-reach spots
