Detailed Review
The CLEANHOME 24-Inch Commercial Dust Mop is built for sweeping and mopping large floor spaces across commercial and residential settings. With an extra-wide 24-inch head, it suits anyone maintaining expansive areas like offices, restaurants, warehouses, gyms, or garages without spending excessive time sweeping.
Daily sweeping relies on an absorbent microfiber mop pad that handles both dry dusting and wet mopping. It works across hardwood, tile, wood, and laminate floors, as well as walls, to lift water and dust. Heavy-duty stitching reinforces the pad to handle repeated cleaning tasks while maintaining its sweeping efficiency.
For user comfort, the mop features an extendable metal pole that adjusts between 50 and 59 inches. The lightweight, rust-proof pole connects to an ergonomically designed 180-degree rotating head, allowing you to angle the wide mop around obstacles and into hard-to-reach spots.
Because the mop head spans 24 inches, it may feel unwieldy in very cramped residential rooms or narrow entryways. Additionally, the manufacturer does not specify whether extra pads are included or provide details on machine washing the microfiber head.
Verdict: This commercial-style mop is an efficient choice for homeowners, business operators, and custodians who need to sweep broad surfaces quickly. If you have large tile, wood, or laminate floors, its wide reach and pivoting head make short work of daily dust and spills.
