eufy Omni C20 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for Hardwood and Carpet,

The eufy Omni C20 is an automated cleaning system designed to vacuum and mop hard floors and carpets in a single run. Built for busy multi-room households, it pairs strong vacuum power with an all-in-one docking station that manages dust disposal, mop washing, and pad drying so you rarely have to handle dirty parts yourself.

Daily floor care relies on the robot's simultaneous vacuuming and scrubbing. With Mop Master technology, the unit presses down with 6N of force at 180 RPM to tackle dried stains on tile, laminate, and hardwood. When transitioning from hard floors to rugs, it detects the surface and lifts its mop automatically to keep carpet dry. Under the hood, Boost IQ ramps suction up to 7,000 Pa for deep carpet cleaning, while a Pro-Detangle Comb works during the run to clear wrapped hair from the roller brush.

Navigation and station upkeep are designed to be hands-off. The robot stands just 3.35 inches tall, letting it clear low furniture gaps as small as 3.54 inches. It runs for up to 132 minutes in Standard mode, returning to recharge and resume if needed, while iPath Laser Navigation creates and stores up to three separate floor maps. Back at the Omni Station, debris is pulled into a 3.1-liter dust bag that lasts up to 60 days in a typical three-person home without pets, and transparent water tanks make checking clean and dirty levels straightforward.

There are a few operating limits to keep in mind. The robot only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, so 5GHz bands are incompatible. It also does not support physical magnetic boundary strips, requiring you to set virtual boundaries in the app. Additionally, carpets with pile heights over 20mm (0.78 inches) require manual No-Go Zones to prevent the mop from touching the fibers.

Verdict: The eufy Omni C20 is a practical choice for multi-story or mixed-floor homes wanting strong suction and automated mop maintenance in a low-profile build. It suits anyone looking to reduce daily floor chores through scheduled app controls and self-cleaning docking.

• Maximum Suction: 7,000 Pa
• Robot Height: 3.35 inches (85mm)
• Minimum Clearance: 3.54 inches
• Dust Bag Capacity: 3.1 L
• Mop Pressure and Speed: 6N at 180 RPM
• Pad Drying Power Consumption: 1.56W/hr (room-temperature air)
• Maximum Runtime: Up to 132 minutes (Standard mode)
• Multi-Floor Mapping: Up to 3 floor maps
• Wi-Fi Compatibility: 2.4GHz only
• Voltage: 110V

A great fit if you:

• Have multi-story homes with a mix of hard floors and low-pile carpets.
• Want a low-maintenance dock that empties dust and washes mop pads automatically.
• Need a slim robot vacuum that can slide under furniture with 3.54 inches of clearance.
• Deal with loose hair and want a roller brush with a built-in detangling comb.

Consider something else if you:

• Rely exclusively on a 5GHz Wi-Fi home network without a 2.4GHz band.
• Have plush or shag carpets thicker than 20mm and prefer not to set app No-Go Zones.
• Prefer physical magnetic boundary markers over smartphone app barriers.

How does the Omni Station care for the mop pads?
The base automatically washes the mop pads and dries them using room-temperature air at 1.56W/hr. It also empties collected debris into a 3.1-liter dust bag.

Can the robot vacuum thick carpets safely while mopping?
The mop automatically lifts when carpet is detected. However, for carpets with a pile height over 20mm (0.78 inches), you should set No-Go Zones in the app to prevent contact.

Does this model work with smart home assistants?
Yes, it supports voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, as well as full schedule and map management via the eufy Clean app on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection.
