EVIL ENERGY 5/32 1/4 5/16 1/2 Silicone Vacuum Hose Line Kit 5FT,

The EVIL ENERGY Silicone Vacuum Hose Line Kit provides four separate five-foot hoses designed for automotive vacuum, turbo, and boost applications. It solves the challenge of finding matching lines for custom or repair plumbing jobs by bundling four standard inner diameters: 5/32-inch (4mm), 1/4-inch (6mm), 5/16-inch (8mm), and 1/2-inch (12.7mm).

Constructed from FDA compliant food grade pure silicone, these lines feature a 3mm wall thickness specifically designed to prevent collapse under high vacuum. They manage a reliable operating range under demanding conditions, handling a working pressure of 43 PSI and a wide temperature spectrum from -40°F to 428°F (-40°C to 220°C). For burst strength, they tolerate 100 PSI under high temperatures and up to 130 PSI at room temperature.

Because each hose comes in a fixed 5-foot (1.5-meter) length, projects requiring longer single continuous runs will need additional tubing. The lines are also rated for 43 PSI working pressure, which is suitable for standard vacuum and moderate boost systems but not for ultra-high-pressure setups.

Verdict: This kit is a straightforward, versatile choice for car builders and DIY mechanics needing durable silicone lines for vacuum, turbo, or boost connections across multiple diameters.

• Included Diameters (ID): 5/32" (4mm), 1/4" (6mm), 5/16" (8mm), 1/2" (12.7mm)
• Length per Hose: 5 ft (1.5 m)
• Wall Thickness: 3 mm
• Material: FDA compliant food grade pure silicone
• Working Pressure: 43 PSI
• Burst Pressure: 100 PSI (high temp), 130 PSI (room temp)
• Temperature Range: -40°F to 428°F (-40°C to 220°C)

A great fit if you:

• Need several hose sizes for automotive vacuum lines, boost plumbing, or turbo systems.
• Want vacuum lines with 3mm walls that resist collapsing under pressure.
• Require lines capable of withstanding temperatures between -40°F and 428°F.

Consider something else if you:

• Require continuous single hose runs longer than 5 feet.
• Need lines rated for working pressures exceeding 43 PSI.
