Shark Freestyle Max Cordless Upright Vacuum, Nordic Blue, SV2002

The Freestyle Max SV2002 is a lightweight cordless upright vacuum designed for quick multi-room cleaning without the hassle of wall outlets or tangled cords. It suits anyone looking for a simple, grab-and-go upright floor cleaner to handle daily household messes across different floor types.

Multi-surface flexibility comes from a motorized brushroll with two selectable speeds. You can switch settings to tailor agitation between deep carpet passes and bare-floor maintenance. Integrated LED headlights cast light directly in front of the nozzle, making it easier to spot scattered debris, dirt, and pet hair on hardwood or rugs.

Usability focuses on lightweight handling and simple upkeep. The entire upright vacuum weighs less than 7 pounds, minimizing fatigue during everyday floor cleaning. Maintenance is streamlined through a removable, high-capacity dust cup designed for hands-free emptying, while the included charging dock holds the machine upright in a compact footprint between tasks.

Before deciding, note the limits of this specific configuration. The package includes only the upright unit and the charging dock, without detailing any hose, crevice tool, or handheld conversion options. Additionally, the manufacturer does not list exact battery runtimes or charge times, which may require planning around docking cycles.

Verdict: This upright is well-suited for shoppers who want a featherweight, cordless floor cleaner with multi-surface brush controls and an upright charging base. It is a solid pick for quick daily floor cleanups across mixed hard floors and carpets.

A great fit if you:

• Need an upright floor vacuum that weighs under 7 pounds for easy maneuvering
• Have a mix of bare floors and carpets that require adjustable brushroll speeds
• Want a dedicated dock that stores and charges the machine in an upright position
• Prefer lighted floor nozzles to help spot pet hair and scattered debris

Consider something else if you:

• Need specialized above-floor attachments for upholstery or tight crevices
