Detailed Review
The UWANT Mattress Vacuum Cleaner is a dedicated handheld cleaner built to extract dust, hair, and hidden debris from bedding, sofas, and other upholstered surfaces. Powered by a 500W motor, it targets the dirt and skin flakes that settle deep into fabric fibers over time.
To dislodge settled particles, the unit relies on a dual-action system. A metal roller brush rotates at speeds up to 60,000RPM to vibrate deep-seated dust up to the fabric surface, where the 18Kpa suction pulls it away. The brush head also features a corrugated paddle design paired with a hair scraper, helping lift stubborn pet hair from comforters and pillows.
Beyond physical debris removal, the device incorporates fabric care and sanitization features. It blows 149°F hot air across surfaces to reduce moisture, while a 253.7nm UV-C light and ultrasonic technology target hidden impurities. Exhaust air is managed by a 5-layer HEPA filtration system that captures 99.9% of dust and microfibers.
Because this machine is built specifically for soft surfaces like mattresses, cribs, and sofas, it is not an all-purpose floor vacuum. The specifications also do not provide details on unit weight, power cord length, or dust bin capacity, so routine bin emptying may be needed during larger cleaning sessions.
Verdict: The UWANT Mattress Vacuum is a capable choice for households wanting a thorough way to maintain clean mattresses, sofas, and pet bedding. Its combination of strong suction, heat, and UV-C light provides a dedicated solution for fabric care.
