Detailed Review
The Redroad Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner is a cordless floor washer designed to vacuum and mop hard floors in a single pass. Combining 20,000Pa suction with a multi-mode cleaning system, it is built for busy households that need to clear dry debris, sticky messes, and standing liquids without juggling multiple cleaning tools.
Daily floor care is supported by three dedicated settings: Standard Mode for routine dust and hair, Power Mode for stubborn grease, and Wet Mode for drying up puddles. The roller brush design hugs baseboards with less than 0.2 inches of edge clearance, helping pick up grime along walls and tight corners. Navigation is straightforward thanks to the SmoothDrive self-propelled system and a lightweight 4kg body that maneuvers with little pushing effort.
Operation and maintenance are designed to be low-effort. Real-time updates appear on the built-in LED display and play via voice prompts, indicating battery levels, active modes, and system alerts. Once docked on its charging base, the machine runs an automated self-cleaning cycle on the roller brush, eliminating the need to wash the brush roll by hand. At 65dB, the brushless motor keeps noise low during operation.
As a cordless appliance, runtime is capped at 50 minutes per charge from its 7x2600mAh battery pack. While the 950ml clean tank and 700ml dirty water tank allow for substantial coverage, the dirty tank will require emptying sooner than the clean tank runs dry during intensive wet pickups.
Verdict: The Redroad Wet Dry Vacuum is an excellent match for homeowners with expansive hard flooring who want a lightweight, self-propelled cleaner with extended runtime and minimal post-cleaning maintenance.
