Bissell 2033 Featherweight Stick Lightweight Bagless Vacuum and Electric Broom with Crevice

The Bissell 2033 Featherweight is a compact, corded electric broom and stick vacuum designed for rapid daily tidy-ups. Built for quick pickups across hard surfaces and low-pile floor coverings, it directly addresses the chore of managing dirt in smaller living quarters such as dorm rooms and apartments without requiring bulky hardware.

Its primary strength lies in its convertible 3-in-1 layout. You can run it as a standard stick vacuum for everyday floors, detach it into a hand vacuum for furniture and cushions, or configure it with the floor nozzle to tackle stairs. Because it weighs less than 4 pounds, lifting it to reach baseboards, under low furniture, and into tight corners requires very little physical effort. The included crevice tool targets narrow gaps, while the floor nozzle concentrates suction for stair steps.

For floor performance, the suction is engineered to gather surface debris from sealed hard floors, area rugs, and low-pile carpets. Power is delivered through a 15-foot cord, which gives you uninterrupted runtime without having to stop for battery recharges. Debris collects in a transparent 0.67-liter bagless dirt cup, letting you see exactly when it fills, while a mess-free disposal mechanism keeps your hands clean during emptying.

Keep in mind that this vacuum is meant for lighter surface pickups on hard surfaces and low-pile rugs rather than deep, high-pile carpeting. The 15-foot power cord also means you will need to switch outlets when moving between larger rooms. Additionally, the 0.67-liter dirt cup will need frequent emptying during extended cleanups.

Verdict: The Bissell 2033 Featherweight is an efficient, budget-conscious choice for apartment dwellers, students, or anyone needing a secondary cleaner for hard floors and quick stair pickups. If you want a sub-4-pound vacuum that handles quick multi-surface chores without waiting on a battery, this model is a solid match.
