DEWALT 8-Piece Car Detailing Vacuum Hose Accessory Kit, DXVA13-0801

This 8-piece car detailing vacuum accessory kit upgrades your standard wet/dry vacuum into a dedicated automotive cleaning setup. It solves the frustration of dragging a bulky vacuum canister around your driveway by pairing specialized nozzles with an extended hose. Vehicle owners looking to thoroughly clean floorboards, upholstery, dashboards, and exterior trim will find all the core tools in one box.

The centerpiece of the kit is the 14.75 ft flexible hose, which offers 4.5 meters of reach so your vacuum can stay parked in one spot while you work around the entire vehicle. To handle various surfaces, the set includes a stiff bristle brush designed for scrubbing wheels and bumpers alongside a soft bristle brush that protects delicate interior trim and dashboards from scuffs. A flexible crevice tool and a claw utility nozzle round out the attachments to handle narrow seat gaps and broad carpet areas.

Connecting to your existing equipment is straightforward thanks to broad compatibility. The package includes 1-1/4 inch and 2-1/2 inch hose ends plus a 2-1/2 inch to 1-1/4 inch adapter, allowing it to work with wet/dry vacuums that utilize 1-1/4 inch, 1-7/8 inch, and 2-1/2 inch hoses.

As for trade-offs, the listing does not include a dedicated storage caddy or bag to organize the eight separate pieces when they are not in use. Additionally, the main working hose is 1-1/4 inches in diameter, which prioritizes flexibility over the wider diameter of standard 2-1/2 inch bulk-debris hoses.

Verdict: This accessory kit is an excellent choice for anyone who already owns a wet/dry vacuum and needs extended reach with dedicated brushes for vehicle interiors and exteriors. It delivers practical versatility and multi-size compatibility without requiring a separate auto-specific vacuum purchase.
