EKO 13.2 Gallon Touchless Motion Sensor Kitchen Trash Can, Matte Stainless

EKO 13.2 Gallon Motion Trash Can is a stainless steel kitchen trash can designed for shoppers who want touch free waste disposal and a cleaner looking countertop or kitchen area. Its motion sensor lid is the main feature, giving buyers a way to open and close the can without touching the lid during everyday disposal tasks.

The hands free opening design is paired with a fingerprint resistant stainless steel exterior, which helps the outside stay looking neat between cleanups. The matte metallic finish gives the can a simple, modern appearance while adding a smooth exterior surface that is intended to work with different home decor styles. This makes the design a good match for shoppers who care about how everyday kitchen items look as well as how they function.

Another important part of the design is the no liner approach, which the listing says provides more room for waste by maximizing the available capacity. The can uses AA alkaline batteries and is designed for long lasting power, with the listing stating it can last up to 8 months of use. That battery setup makes the motion sensor feature practical for shoppers who prefer a cordless option.

The main trade off is that this is a motion sensor trash can rather than a simple manual lid model, so buyers should be comfortable using a battery powered design and keeping the batteries maintained. The available information focuses on a single capacity and design, so shoppers who need a different size or specific fit should confirm those details before buying.

Verdict: This kitchen trash can is a strong fit for shoppers who want touch free disposal, a stainless steel look, and a battery powered lid design. Buyers who prefer a different capacity style or do not want to maintain batteries may want to consider other options.
