EUREKA Floor Shine 830 Cordless Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner, 24KPa Vacuum Mop

The Eureka Floor Shine 830 is a cordless wet-dry vacuum cleaner designed to handle both liquid spills and dry debris in a single sweep. Built for homes with mixed flooring, this machine combines a 250W motor, 24KPa of suction power, and a 450RPM brush roll speed to lift stubborn messes off hard surfaces, carpets, and area rugs.

Daily maintenance is significantly simplified thanks to its automated docking station. After cleaning, placing the vacuum on its base activates a self-cleaning cycle followed by a 167-degree Fahrenheit (70-degree Celsius) hot air dry. This prevents unpleasant smells and keeps you from having to wash dirty roller parts by hand. Pet owners will also benefit from the Anti-Tangle 3.0 setup, which uses 104 stainless-steel combs across the 10.24-inch brush roll to actively release hair as you clean.

Maneuverability is another major strength. The machine features a 180-degree flat-lay hinge, allowing the handle and body to extend completely flat against the floor. This lets you reach deep underneath coffee tables, couches, and beds without having to crouch down. Throughout your cleaning session, built-in voice prompts provide guidance, while the system automatically regulates water output and suction depending on the surface underneath.

While the Floor Shine 830 offers strong mechanical specs, there are a few unknowns in the listed details. The product data does not mention exact battery runtimes, charging times, or the specific volume capacities for clean and dirty water tanks. If you have an exceptionally large space to clean in one sitting, you may need to plan around unlisted battery limitations.

Verdict: The Eureka Floor Shine 830 is a capable, low-maintenance cleaning tool for busy households dealing with mixed flooring, low furniture, and pet hair. It is especially suited for anyone who wants strong suction paired with automated heated brush drying.
