Detailed Review
The Eureka Airspeed NEU10AE4 is a lightweight upright vacuum designed for simple everyday home floor care. At just 7.7 pounds, it provides an easy-to-carry option for shoppers who want a manageable machine that stores away neatly in tight spaces.
Powered by a 700-watt motor, this vacuum handles dual-action cleaning on both hard floors and carpets to pick up dirt and hair. The 10.5-inch cleaning path offers a balance between floor coverage and compact maneuvering around furniture. Maintenance is kept simple with a single washable filter that can be rinsed under water and air-dried, avoiding recurring filter replacement expenses.
For reaching beyond open floors, the vacuum features a quick-release handle. You can attach either the included dusting brush or the crevice tool directly to the handle end to clean upholstery, window areas, and tight spots. Both accessories snap directly onto the vacuum body, keeping them accessible while you work.
Because the cleaning path measures 10.5 inches wide, covering very large open spaces will take extra passes compared to wider models. In addition, the washable filter must be allowed to dry completely before you can use the machine again.
Verdict: The Eureka Airspeed NEU10AE4 is a practical choice for anyone seeking an ultra-light upright vacuum for carpets, hard surfaces, and quick above-floor cleaning. Its compact build and included onboard tools make it well suited for apartments and smaller homes.
