Eureka FlexReach Vacuum Cleaners for Home, Lift-Away, NEU651PL

The Eureka FlexReach NEU651PL is a versatile upright vacuum cleaner built to handle everyday mess across both hard floors and carpets. Designed with a swivel base and a detachable canister, it provides an adaptable solution for homes that require floor-to-ceiling cleaning without juggling multiple specialized tools.

Performance centers around a 960W motor delivering 192AW of continuous suction, capable of pulling heavy debris from high-traffic rugs and smooth surfaces. The floorhead features an anti-tangle multi-surface brushroll that actively prevents hair wrap, making it well-suited for households dealing with long hair and shedding pets.

For above-floor tasks, the lift-up pod detaches in a single step. This allows you to carry the lightweight canister while reaching beneath low furniture, working along staircases, or reaching up to curtains and shelving. Upkeep is straightforward thanks to a 2-liter dust bin that cuts down on frequent trips to the trash, paired with an easy-empty release and a rinseable foam filter.

When considering trade-offs, keep in mind that the full upright frame can be larger to store than a slim stick vacuum. The manufacturer also does not list the overall unit weight or power cord length, so those with very large floor plans may need to switch outlets occasionally.

Verdict: The Eureka FlexReach NEU651PL is a dependable choice for homeowners and pet owners who need strong multi-surface suction and the convenience of a lift-off canister for stairs and overhead cleaning.
