Kenmore Featherlite Lift-Up Bagless Upright Vacuum

The Kenmore Featherlite Lift-Up Bagless Upright Vacuum is built for homeowners who need full-sized cleaning performance without the heavy bulk of traditional machines. Weighing under 12 pounds, it combines a standard upright floor cleaner with a detachable pod system that tackles above-floor areas and tight staircases.

Cleaning across different surfaces is handled by a dual-motor system that provides dedicated suction power for bare floors and carpets alike. For maneuvering around tight corners and under furniture, the nozzle includes swivel steering paired with an LED headlight to spotlight hidden debris. When cleaning baseboards, ceilings, or upholstery, the lift-up pod detaches quickly and connects to a 9-foot hose alongside an individual upholstery tool or a 3-in-1 combination tool that features a dusting brush, crevice tool, and upholstery attachment.

Air quality and upkeep are centered around a completely sealed air path equipped with HEPA filtration. This setup traps 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns inside the vacuum so dust is not expelled back into your room. The bagless dust cup empties directly without requiring ongoing replacement bag purchases.

While the vacuum provides versatile above-floor reach, the product specifications do not state the electrical cord length or the exact capacity of the dust cup. Buyers with very large spaces may need to empty the canister more frequently depending on mess volume.

Verdict: The Kenmore Featherlite Lift-Up is a practical choice for anyone wanting a lightweight, sealed HEPA vacuum with adaptable attachments for both carpeted floors and elevated surfaces.
