Rug Doctor Mighty Pro X3 Commercial Carpet Cleaner with Oxy Cleaner Pack

The Rug Doctor Mighty Pro X3 Commercial Carpet Cleaner brings rental-grade deep cleaning into your home. Designed for thorough floor maintenance, this heavy-duty machine combines high-pressure spray jets, mechanical agitation, and strong extraction to tackle embedded grime, dirt, and lingering odors in high-traffic zones.

Its core cleaning mechanism relies on a one-pass system featuring a Triple Action vibrating brush. High-pressure jets inject cleaning solution deep into the carpet pile while the vibrating brush scrubs all sides of each carpet fiber. Industrial-grade suction then pulls up the loosened dirt, moisture, and odors, making it practical for whole-house cleaning sessions.

To support extensive cleaning, the machine is equipped with large-capacity tanks that cut down on trips to the sink for filling and emptying. It also comes packed with a 48-ounce bottle of Oxy Carpet Cleaner. This formula permanently removes tough organic stains like wine, mud, and vomit, and adds StainProtect to guard carpet fibers against future spills.

Keep in mind that this is a commercial-style, heavy-duty unit built to the standards of store rental units, which means it is bulkier than lightweight consumer spot cleaners. The listing also does not specify the exact gallon capacities of the water tanks, the machine dimensions, or the power cord length.

Verdict: The Mighty Pro X3 is an ideal investment for homeowners who deal with frequent messes, pets, or large carpeted areas and want commercial-grade cleaning power on demand without renting equipment.

A great fit if you:

• Need commercial-grade extraction power for large carpeted spaces
• Deal with stubborn stains from wine, mud, or vomit regularly
• Want large water tanks to minimize refills during whole-home cleanups
• Prefer owning the same heavy-duty machine found in store rental fleets

Consider something else if you:

• Need a compact, lightweight machine for quick small-spot cleanups
• Have limited storage space for a heavy-duty cleaning appliance
